History
1981 In ownership of Phil Smith, Fleetwood. Brought from Mevagissy as BUNN OWEN 2. Renamed after the owner’s youngest sister.
March 1985: Sold to Padstow,
Vessel was French built and had a Baudouin air start engine. Masts altered to convert to stern trawler.

9.3.1949: In company with motor seiner TALONA (GY473) sailed Grimsby for Icelandic grounds (Sk. I. K. Madsen); four crew all told.
9.3.1949: Last reported radio contact with TALONA.
12.3.1949: Last reported by radio to be off the Faroe Islands.

1965: Owned by Terence W. Poland & Patrick Poland Workington registered at Workington WO24.
1967: Owned by John B Newberry Cockermouth and registered at Workington WO 24.
28.08.1968: On passage Fleetwood – Hull (Sk. Ken Dowuns)(Owner Bill McCreadie). Developed engine trouble and sprung a leak NE of Rathlin. In North Channel, stern gland leaking and weather deteriorating but pumps coping for around 3 hours. Leak worsened and resorted to buckets for baling. Ran into fog and reduced speed, leak increased and rendered engine useless. Flares sent up. American submarine out of Holy Loch stopped and rendered assistance. Portrush lifeboat attended and towed the casualty into Ballycastle.
29.08.2022: BOT places detention order on Early Mist due to its “….sinking condition”. Ballycastle Fire Brigade attended between 3am and 5am to control flooding as tide rose, whilst lying at berth. All food destroyed by rising water but the people of Ballycastle helped the crew by providing meals free of charge.
31.08.1968: At moorings in Ballycastle Harbour and battered by heavy seas. Broke free of moorings and drifted in the direction of the White Rocks.
02.09.1968: Early Mist sighted 2 miles of Torr Head by Fleetwood trawler Ferrard (Forards???) and towed into Larne.
1970: Owned by William W. McCreadie, Hull, registered at Fleetwood (FD270).

1961: Working on a seasonal basis from Fleetwood.
13.12.1963: At four minutes after midnight Gorleston Coastguard notified coxswain J.R. Plummer of the Caister lifeboat JOSE NEVILLE of a possible vessel in distress. At 12:10am a Mayday was transmitted from LOCH LORGAN, aground on Middle Caister Shoal. Cox. Plummer took his lifeboat alongside and rescued all crew. LOCH LORGAN refloated with the rising tide and drove ashore on North Beach, Yarmouth. Salved and returned to service.
19.12.1968: Last ever landing at Fleetwood landed 70 kits.
28.12.1968: Transferring to Lowestoft (Sk. Charles Pennington). At 11.07am transmitted Mayday call, “Position 51.08n 05.43w, disabled with engine and pump failure and taking on water in severe gale conditions”. Tug GRONINGEN AND Clovelly lifeboat attended and delivered to Milford Haven after a 5 hour tow.
04.1969. Vessel offered for sale £8,000
1970. Sold for breaking up
2.6.1970. Sailed Lowestoft along with the LOCH LAOI LT332 for Blyth for breaking up
