I believe that there are still some crew lists in the PRO at Bow St in Preston but I’m not sure exactly how comprehensive they are.

Crew lists are notoriously difficult to find. You might have some luck at the Public Records Office in Preston.

Just been notified one of my family was lost on the “Bostanian FD 41″ lost in 1938 any ideas as to where I can find a crewlist to confirm this thanks in advance

alan iv just been looking at lost boats from fleetwood,one that stands out to me is the dawn waters.i was on the four sisters fishing along side dawn waters.mick porter was skipper of four sisters,i can remember him saying to me we dont want to be here with that forcast.thats the last i saw of the dawn waters and her crew.

sorry darren I stand corrected YOU are RIGHT i had forgotten about dougie, I can now remember his face. If I recall correctly he worked on The gee bee for some time.I understand that alan only get ,s bits and peices from other people, as I spent all of my youth on the jubelee I feel sure we could all open this site up to some lost memories. Let me know as I can recall lots of vessels names. thank,s again darren.
