My grandad, Stanley Quinn, was a boxer and then a dock worker on the Fleetwood docks in the 1930′s to 40′s. I don’t suppose you have any information on him?

memories of a good time goneby iworked on the dock at yolland and davies also the icehouse for a couple of years before moving to pembrokeshire in 1970 and im still here cheers

hi my granfather arthur cobb was a trawlerman in lowestoft and fleetwoodhis boats were one accord,islands eye and peacewave where would i find any info or pictures ???

as an ex trawler skipper i find the pictures fascinating
when i was a lad 11 or12 years old,i remember the alladale dredger turning over at the north end. have you got,by any chance,a photograph of this? there must have been hundreds taken at the time!
