Trawler Updates

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick update on whats happening with the site. I have been working through the vessels listed on the site so far and started to look for any new information on them since we added them to the site. This is the reason for no new vessels being added within the last week. As soon as i have been through the vessels i will look into adding any vessels we have found.

To see what vessels have changed you can view the updates by clicking here.

Also i will be adding some images to the gallery given to me by William McCalpine. The photos are of the fishing grounds in Norway and Greenland.

Boston Seafire Gallery Update

Hello Everyone,

In the middle of the week i was contacted by Chris Giblin a diver who will be involved in ecological monotoring of the Boston Seafire. Chris said that within a week of the Seafire being on the sea floor, fish species in numbers have already been recorded inside his surveys.

Chris will be monitoring the wreck every two weeks for the next year and has said he will keep me updated.

Also in his last email to me this week he sent me some fantastic underwater images of the Seafire. I have added them to the Gallery which can be found here.

For information on the Boston Seafires history click here.
