2010: Still fishing out of Grimsby.

June 1977 – 286 kits grossed £8885 from a 18 day North Sea trip.
Nov 1979 – 163 kits grossed £4874 from a 14 day trip.
Both good returns as an anchor seiner she used very little fuel.

Built in Denmark for Otto Jensen who used to work in the Irish Sea and North Sea with her.When she was sold she went back to Denmark I think Thomas Kirks brother bought her.I did hear she has been sold back to this country under another name but I can’t confirm this.

Although this one was sold to Denmark it was the Charnella Otto’s previous boat that was sold to Thomas Kirks brother

when sold to denmark,she fished out of lemvig,and was owned by Ole Jensen,her name was then lone langaa.

Hello Alan,I sailed in her in 2002,and she was sold back to the Uk later that year,is there any fishing left in Fleetwood,I sailed with Thomas Kirk in the Ann in the late seventies,and used to visit Knud Veje in Fleetwood,like me he came from lemvig. Regards Peter.

it was hes last boat the Ann.it was sold around 1980 to Gy.
