History
1966: Launched by Hall Russell & Co Ltd Aberdeen (Yd.No.931) for Joseph Marr & Son Ltd Fleetwood as “Criscilla” FD 261.

11.1966: Registered at Fleetwood FD261.

Undated: Transferred to operate out of Hull.

July 27 1979: Sold to the Royal Aircraft Establishment (Ministry of Defence), Farnborough for use as a research survey vessel and renamed COLONEL TEMPLAR. Sale price £750,000.

1979: Converted by Globe Shiprepairers Hull into an acoustic research / survey vessel. Fleetwood Registry closed.

Caught fire during conversion, owing to the severity of the fire, she was sunk at the dockside to put the fire out. She was then lifted by six heavy cranes and pumped out and then placed in the dry-dock 50 metres away.

2009: Owned by the MOD and still named Colonel Templar. She is currently moored on the River Clyde and is up for sale.

Notes
The only stern trawler built specifically to operate out of Fleetwood and the largest ever Fleetwood registered fishing vessel.
